My situation:
I have applied for AINP (Alberta Opportunity Strem) with 3 years experience in Alberta: NOC 7293.
File sent- 15 July, 2018
File number received- 18 July, 2018
I have not received any email more!

How do you think- if I am not nominated, will they tell it?

Hello Everyone,
I am on the work permit in Alberta. I have applied for AINP (Alberta Opportunity Stream) with 6 years of experience in India and 1-year of experience in Alberta Under NOC 2171
File sent = 29 June-2018
File number received = 3 July -2018
I have not received any email after July 3rd.

AINP website shows they are processing application received between July 12, 2018, and August 2, 2018.

Why have I not received any communication till now? Did they reject my application? Does anyone face this kind of situation?

Congratulations!!! This means that processing times are inaccurate!! As a result, does that mean you expected a nomination for 2 months?

its frustating. 17 month is long time.

Congratulations - agree with AVM that the current timeline is upto 19 months!!! It is long but your file is in. Something is better than nothing.

You are right, it seems so. But I assume processing time will increase steadily as number of applicants increase. The AOS launched in middle of June and there were not many by early of July. However, the number of applicants are increasing by almost 100 or more every month. So, the processing time will also increase.

You may get it next year. Did you call to AINP? If they said that you are in queues, then you will get a nomination this year. Otherwise, you have to wait next year to be assigned to officer first.

i am a new member and i need to clear a doubt with u guys. i applied ainp in eds category for food supervisor. On March 2018 i got an email which contains my ainp application number.last of my email says " This is to confirm receipt of the ainp application for the above mentioned on JANUARY 22ND 2018". So my doubt is which is my application received date March 27 or January 22 . And appraximately how more months i have to wait because my work permit expire soon.
