HI,
I am applying for my visa from India.
There are several documents required to proceed with the immigration. For instance, your school certificates, your Pan card, your Passport etc.
I have been told that the name is supposed to be uniform across all documents. Now here's the problem. So if my name is Rakhi Sharma (father's name which is considered as middle name - Sukhmit) and mother's name (Meena)

My name on pan card is - Rakhi S Sharma
My name on passport is - Rakhi Sukhmit Sharma

My name on school certificates - Rakhi Sukhmit Meena Sharma
My name on transcripts required - Rakhi Sharma Sukhmit

You get the picture. Will this be an issue? If I alter my name on pan card and passport to match, thats the max I can do, but the educational transcripts required for WES , the names on them I cannot change. Please let me know about the uniformity of the name.

Do also add any additional info I need in order to get all my documents organised.

Thank you!

The name in your passport and your birth certificate matter. You can include an affidavit that states the names stated in X, Y, Z documents are the identity of the same person

Thank you so much. You mean my passport and birth certificate should have same name?

Are you sure the affidavit will work?

Thanks again

Birth certificate is not required (it would matter later if you apply for super visas for your parents when you are eligible). Your passport must have been issued based on your birth certificate
