I have been waiting for CAQ letter from 55+ days and I am not getting what to do for that... what's the maximum time limit for getting CAQ letter ???

My consultant is saying that I have to wait more 15-20 days to get CAQ letter and they have contact through portal so how I can track my CAQ letter ???

My documents received on 8th Feb and its showing opening file.
Iam still waiting for my caq. One month has passed. And in the mext last week i have to attend classes.
