Is it true that we cannot apply for PR if our work permit is valid less then a year.

Sorry.i mean our work permit will expire in may....it will be 4 years in may 2019 .my question is-

1.Can we apply for PR.( we have already applied and received express entry invitation but our work permit will expire I may 2019.some one told me our PR will further reject as our work permit is not valid for one year.

2.if PR took more time can we again extend our work permit ( it will be 4 years in May 2019, can we extend further for o e year) So that PR preceding will be completed

1) work permit expiry has nothing to do with your PR application. Go ahead with your document submission.

2) After document submission you will receive AOR with which you can apply for Bridging open work permit which will be valid until your PR application decision is made.
