u can get a refusal if the immigration officer thinks that the documents u provided r not satisfactory. Make sure ur later of explanation was well written which explains y u chose the program and what would be ur reason to come back to ur home country once u complete ur studies. If u explained all that well u r good to go and also if u submitted ur ielts and academic transcripts. Then their would be no reason for them to refuse.Is anybody who refused after got 2 or 3 acknowledgement letter?????

u passed ur medical right.Classes on 4 Sept I missed my orientation m worried
I don't know bcoz I didn't get any mail while tracking on vfs ,status is ur applicationu passed ur medical right.
