Maybe you should fire your consultant and manage your own profile because clearly you’re paying someone who doesn’t know what they’re talking about.

I baited a few consultants to test their knowledge a few times even though I had my PPR. Not surprisingly they were full of dung. They pretty much guranteed PR in 6 months and wanted me to transfer a few thousand dollars right away to start the process.

Your test results must be valid (less than two years old) when you:

• complete your Express Entry profile
• apply for permanent residence

The Express Entry profile is valid for 12 months. Make sure that your language test results are valid for the same time period.

If your test results expire soon, you should re-take the test and update your Express Entry profile with your new test results.

The above is relevant only before you file your eAPR, not after the eAPR has been submitted !

well so there is something wrong here, cause my test didnt expire until some time after i applied for PR im not sure if i got the AOR or not since my rep doesnt responds properly. all that i know is that i have applied for the PR but since my ielts is expiring during the processing time, the rep asked me to do another and i did but it took me 2.5 month.

Are you sure your "rep" has filed your eAPR (application submitted after receiving the Invitation to Apply) ? You should have received the AOR almost immediately (latest within 24 hours) after filing the eAPR. Ask your rep to provide you your AOR to be sure your eAPR has been filed. You don't need to worry about your IELTS expiry after the eAPR has been filed.

What has been mentioned in this earlier response still applies:

The only validity that matters after you submit you eAPR is your medical & passport as the VISA they issue will be valid till your passport expires (this can be addressed too) or one year from your medical, whichever is earlier.

well seems like the 'rep' is refusing to share the information with me for what so ever reason, and i dont have an access to my application to check for my own, i just received a screenshot of my application page, with 2 applications, one for express entry and one for permanent residency! that is all i know about my application! and no matter how many time i have asked for details they just keep responding with 'dont worry , everything is in order'
is there any way i can some how follow up on my application? on my own?

If you have your application number, passport number and date of birth, you can call +16139444000 (using skype or hangout) and after successfully navigating through the IVR options, you will hear the IVR read out your application status. You can hold on further if you wish to speak to an operator.

If I were you I would call directly & ask them about the AOR. If the date seems delayed, then proceed to fire your consultant and ask for a refund.

called the number and it turns out my application was not approved and it was incomplete! thanks for your help, i guess the rep is trying to do another application again thats why he needs new ielts!

Here you go, you caught him! I wish I could punch the idiot's face for ruining your application . If you are a local person, then take few boys with you and beat him up bad n get your all money out of him. Come back here, we all will help you to file a complete clean application. by the way if your application is canceled because of incompleteness then you will get full refund from IRCC.

If your counsaltant is a member of ICCRC u can complain about him. If he is not then it’s a crime to be counsaltant without ICCRC license and should be punishable by law

you wasted your time and money.
Don't just go with whatever your consultant tells you.

if your consultant was a doctor and his treatment was only deteriorating your condition, what would you do ? keep going to him because you had already paid him and or find alternate ways to recover ? think about it.

you can easily file the application yourself, since you may already be having all the documents, and will also know of how to apply for the ones that have already expired. if i were you i would do this, and try to recover my money on the side by. i am sure you can think of many ways to recover your money back. make sure to get your userid and password to your express entry profile from your representative while at it, and immediately change the password and email id in the profile to one that you control.

this forum is full of experts who will happily hand-hold you to file your application yourself without a cost. good luck !

you can easily file the application yourself, since you may already be having all the documents, and will also know of how to apply for the ones that have already expired. if i were you i would do this, and try to recover my money on the side by. i am sure you can think of many ways to recover your money back. make sure to get your userid and password to your express entry profile from your representative while at it, and immediately change the password and email id in the profile to one that you control.

thanks again for your kind respond, while im thinking about take over my case , unfortunately the rep refuses to share any information, such as id and password and etc, so at the moment i dont even know what has happened after my APR in my, other than that it was incomplete.
so i dont know if i can open another application on the side and work on both in parallel way or not!

am sure you can send him an email to place on record that you want the details from him.

basis his response, you can then tell him that you will take up the matter with law enforcement and also consider filing a cheating case as well as inform IRCC about him holding your personal information and not releasing the same to you. the last may work, good luck !
