Right NOC & Eligibility

Dear all,

I have served for 13 months (Jan2015-Jan2016) in country A under NOC 1112 and for 27 months (May 2016- to date) in country B under NOC 1241. Am I eligible to apply under Express Entry? Or do I need to have 3 years work experience in country B with same NOC? What NOC should I make as my primary NOC?

whichever you choose in this case as you have more than one year continuous experience

no, the eligibility requirement is one year continuous experience in noc type 0 a or b. your case is not unique.
