For Express Entry/FSW, you'll need to calculate how many points you have under this program. Right now only those with 440+ points are being selected. Your IELTS score is quite low. It would be a good idea to re-write and achieve a higher score. For the PNP programs, once you are a PR, you can work wherever you want to.

I would recommend you look into what it will take to teach primary school in Canada once you arrive here. You will need to go through a certification process before you can teach. You should also be aware that Canada generally has more teachers than teaching positions available. You may find it challenging to find a job once you arrive.

Thanks a lot for quick response.
If any teacher in the forum please advice and share your experience. what kind of certification i should before landing. I will definitely do my research

You should be approaching the legislating board for teachers in each province. There is probably different requirements for each province. Guessing Ontario will be the most difficult because there is a huge surplus. of non-French teachers I also think they require Canadian teacher's college which is a 2 years maters.
