Hi can one of the seniors please shed light on this

Can we change the primary applicant at any time before ITA on our EE profile
The mrs is currently attempting to improve her IELTS and will give us max points if I can move her to primary applicant after she maxes her scores out

Thanks in advance
Maybe not? You can just create the profile having your mrs as PA.

I have come to a realization that IRCC does not give a damn about CRS score. This is a demand-supply game. Last year demand was low, so everyone with 413+ score got in. This year we have people with 439 score who are waiting for ITA from last 1 year.

PNP is solely dependent on regional government. We all saw how Ontario voted for conservative party which isn't pro-immigration. OINP hcp for outland candidates is a last hope for many but keep in mind that only 1900 spots are left.

We have 8800+ people in 430-440 range. How would they select 1800 people from this slot? Even if they go for ICT candidates, there is a full chance that half of these profiles belong to ICT NOCs. So there is no way they can filter these profiles. (Maybe that's why they are only sending noi under French and job offer stream.)

Long story short, do whatever you can to maximize your crs. Don't just sit and wait for some miracle. (Untill you have maxed out your score.)

Putting a stupid logic..Last time they kept441 for two consecutive draws before coming down to 440..With this logic I feel the score might drop to 439 in the next draw.Hence gradually to 435s by the end of this year

There are 7 draws only left for this year(Assuming 2 per month with November having a regular draw and a PNP/FSTC draw).

Assuming the number of ITAs left are 89000(3k more than what was issued last year) - 54700 = 34,300

Out of these 34,300 approx count of ITAs, 700 or 800 will be allocated for the PNP/FSTC draw. So roughly we have 33,500 left. Spanning this count of 33,500 across 7 federal draws gives us 4780 ITAs per draw to meet their annual target for this year.

As IRCC is constant with the number of ITAs to 3750, going by the same number for the rest of all 7 draws -- They will not meet their target. Thus there will be back to back draws if draw size is not increasing to meet their targets. We might see a back to back draw even next week ... who knows but it will happen for sure ...

Is there a basis for this number - 89000 ? From what I read, they were targeting 74900 ITAs which leaves only about 20k for the remaining 7 draws.

I am submitting my EE profile in 3 days with 443 points. Not sure what to expect. I saw 466 ITAs were issued under SINP yesterday. Is that a bad news for people waiting with score around 440?

You will get it. Start working on post-ita documents. All the best
Thanks. Do the ITAs with PNP nominations get counted in the same pool? I mean will the CRS score distribution show 466+ people in the top band? I have never seen that. Just curious.
