Hello my application is in process and I m getting married in December. I m planning to sponsor my wife later after I do my landing

in case if i get married between the period of AOR and PPR, do I need to provide my wife’s PCC medical and marriage certificate or anything else?

yes. you have to update them as soon as you get married and they'll request those. so if you know when your wedding date will be you can already start preparing

But on her PCC and medical she would have her last name of her father rather thn mine so wouldn’t it create any problem. Also it takes some time to get marriage certificate so how would I tackle that problem how many days Cic usually give to provid documents

Last name won’t matter. Marriage certificate may be needed. I think they give 30 days to provide additional documents.

Actually, it's between submitting the application and any time up to "landing", not just up to PPR. You need to add her BEFORE you land as a Permanent Resident.

I m not planning to add bring her with me. I just wanted to know that any time before landing if I inform CIC about my marriage what documents should I have to furnish??

The visa office will tell you what to do.. However, look at the checklist for your immigration class and it will give you some ideas. She will need to have a medical and background checks done, even if she is not accompanying you to Canada. This is mandatory.

Note that if she is determined to be inadmissable, for any reason, you also become inadmissible.

Maybe you should rethink the timing of your marriage and landing, especially if she is not accompanying you to Canada.

It is much easier to add your wife to your application than sponsor her later. Even if she does not plan to move to Canada right away, the residency requirement is 2 out of 5 years, so in essence she would have up to 3 years to move here. (Of course she would have to land before the expiry date of the COPR, but that can be for a short visit).

Doesnt matter. Not all women change their last name. Nothing unusual

In fact, in Quebec, it's not permitted...
Interesting! Just looked that up. I personally never bothered to do it myself anyways.

I think @afsar9930 is asking what to do with passport. Passport for a married women at least in Pakistan has husbands name replacing father name. For PCC and medical I think they ask for the passport.

I may be in the same boat as him so what to do get her passport made first and then PCC and meds??
