i m on work permit in quebec.my pr is in process.medical request is done. my spouse is on trv here .when would or how would he get open work permit .can somebody gave me some information

Your spouse has to directly apply for a spousal work permit based on your work permit. If your work permit is an open type (post graduate work permit) your job has to be classified as 0, A or B level under NOC scheme. If it is a closed work pemrit there isn't such a requirement.
