I am landing Toronto on 15 September. I have some quires please share your experience.

1. What is the process at Canadian airport.
2. what kind of forms need I fill at airport. (i.e. PR application form, SIN Form etc)
3. I have no relative and friends so which address should I give for PR card mail at airport.
4. How long will take immigration process all together at Canada Airport.

If you have min. 1 year old Light motor vehicle license then you can drive for 3 months only. And you can take road test for Sask license anytime after passing online sign and Rules exam.

Please find my comments below.

1) You would complete your landing formalities at Toronto airport, there is a separate designated area for the new immigrants. You would be asked to show your passports, COPR (both copies) etc. in case you are travelling to any other province they might ask for your connecting flight boarding passes.
2) You just need to fill an immigration form and declare any cash over 10000 CAD.
3) You can apply for the PR card at a later stage, they will give you a form to fill and fax to them once you have identified a place stay. But do remember to get your Social Insurance Number from the airport itself from Service Canada which is located in the same area..
4) It totally depend on the rush but should keep a buffer to 1-2 hours.

Guys just want to inform you that we got our paasport request last Aug 17.... But unfortunately, VAC required passport validity of 12 months, it only started this July 31. Since my passport is valid for only 10 months, I need to renew it first (my wife's abd kids' passport are still valid for more than 12 months). Good thing that a new process here in Philppines for renewal and passport booking.... I had book my passport renewal last Aug 20.... Before itvwould take 2 months before getting a slot fpr booking... I am just waiting for my passpprt's release this 31st of Aug amd we can submit our passport to VAC.... Thank guys!!!!
