About sponsor my second spouse ( husband ) please

Actually I am CanadaIan citizen, i sponsor my first spouse ( he was my husband and I divorce him now ) ..and I am getting marry for another spouse ( my ex husband and the man want to marry now is from middle East ) ..
my ex husband came to canada since 2010. he got the citizen may be before 2 years ago.
i got divorce from him. and now I am getting marry to someone from middle East again. can i do another sponsor ship for him ?
