HI everyone,
The whole process has been so frustrating to be honest. This is the timeline so far for Family Sponsorship:
- My application has been received in Mississauge on July 19th 2017(Quebec Applicant)
- Sponsor Eligibility October 2017
- In November I received Medical and Police Certificat request
- Started Processing application in Paris December 8th 2017
- February 5th, received request to send more Police certificates from other countries I lived in and, Annexe A, and CSQ (90 days deadline)
- First update since, was August 7th for Pre-arrival services.

It's been over a year that we deposited and to be honest it's been quite frustrating. I was only able to link my application online recently (like few days ago). It just seems that everything is so complicated with Immigration.
Sorry for ranting but any idea when we might get a DM? Or just any sign??

My Husband has just got his PR approved. here is our timeline:
Application received on 01/25/18
AOR1 03/09/18
Request for medical visit 03/27/17
Sponsor Approval 04/05/18
Medical visit on 04/10/18
AOR2 (BVC Paris) 04/12/18
Medical approved on 05/04/18
Background check in process 07/30/18
Decision made in ECAS 08/01/18
Request to send copy of passport with pictures 08/07/18
PR Request approved 08/17/18

We are now waiting for the letter that will enable my husband to land in Canada.

We wish the best of luck to everyone for the rest of the process.

I don’t have access to my gckey .file submitted by my lawyer.
