My wife landed in June 2016 with conditional permanent resident. Every thing was fine she really doesnt want to stay with me. she moved to different city almost a year. I want a divorce. it that possible??

A divorce is always possible. Is this divorce #1 or #2?

Conditional PR is not in force any longer, she does not have to live with you to keep her PR status. You can divorce her, but your 3 year undertaking is still in force, i.e. you need to take care of her needs till it is over in 2019 (exactly 3 years after she became PR)
