In application form work details. little confused

hello seniors
I need your suggestion for work details column of citizenship application.
i have partnership with some of my friends in nova scotia where they run business.(we open one company)
i live in ontario and work here.i never work in that company either.so should i have to
mention in work history column.

Do you make money off of that? are your names in papers? Then yes, you should be mentioning it.
If you make money off of it and are not disclosing it to the CRA, I would suggest doing so, then including it in your application.

I am legal partner but never make money. we are unfortunately never earn from that business.(its in loss).CRA know everything as we legally filling our company's income tax by accountant.also GST everthing.Just asking what about to fill in form of citizenship IRCC (CIC) ?. officially i m not self employed. i am just partner (share holder of certain percentage)

It's a registered business in which you are a registered partner. I would suggest listing it. Why wouldn't you want to?

actually i was confused about to mention.people normally say give them what they ask rather than giving all unnecessary
docs.
for sure i would list now. thanks

I'm always a fan of "give them only what they ask for", and in this case, they are asking for any employment you have. That would include a business you are a legal partner in.
