No long travel history. The applicant has only resided in Pakistan and UK. Also there are absolutely no red flags at all.

maybe they want people to return back to Pak and live there with their new family??
Or plain discrimination against Pakistan. This new minister is incompetent as well, absolutely no improvement in the department since his arrival.
I miss Jason Kenney now he was a achiever. Unfortunately after him there's nobody with a vision. We're stuck with mediocre ministers.

I totally know how hard it can be. The two weeks between my pre arrival and ppr were so tough. I wonder how anytime longer would feel.

No the principle applicant has not worked for the government, and no military service either.
and your right, those type of jobs do lead to extensive background checks.

they may extend your medical .. sometimes they do that .. i can't say how long it will take to get a PPR as you are stuck in BGC just like everyone else who had their interviews early this year ..

could you tell me how did your interview go? My hubby's interview is on Sept 17th .. so I want to know what they asked you so that I can incorporate that into my preparation.

it's just a letter that everyone is getting once their eligibility is passed .. it tells the PA what facilities they have before arriving in Canada .. someone correct me if i am wrong ..

once your interview was done, has your eligibility passed at least? you are in BGC so I assume it has .. not everyone might get this letter ..
