Anyone know how many were picked in 2nd round?
I didn't get picked again, so technically, that's 4 failed attempts.. unbelievable...
also I never received, "sorry better luck next time" email from CIC 1st round and 2nd round. I'm starting to wonder if my registration even went though, even though I have confirmation number....
