I've read on some forum in this site that in cases like these the applicant should start again by registering from new id. You should search abt it.

My NOC is 5241. Been waiting forever for NOI from Ontario. Since I can't get direct ITA, Ontario is my only hope.

I'm No expert on this but I've read few forums here in which people have suggested to re-start whole thing from a new different ID. this has helped many peoples who was in similar situation like urs i.e. waiting for their ITA since forever. But do your own search too.

You should try for other provinces too. I'll suggest you to first search, in which province ur NOC is in demand. Saskatchewan, British Columbia are also opened for immigrants but they only invite people with certain NOCs. This doesn't mean other provinces are not opened. This is immigration & its rules changes every second. So you should keep yourself updated.

BTW why can't you get direct ITA? Is it bcoz of ur CRS?

435 is too low to get direct ITA. I have been praying for the score to drop low but doesn't look like it will drop below 440 this year. I have checked all provinces on my profile but so far haven't heard anything from any province. This is just a long waiting game now.

dude I don't think 435 is too low for Ontario PNP. Ontario invites anyone with good profile & CRS 400+ and also if applicant's NOC is in demand. I've seen people applying in PNP with less scores(<400) and are getting PNP ITA.
