Applying for PR after being denied

Hello there,

I am posting this thread, as I do not see much data on re-applying after being denied. Seems like most ppl appeal, denials. Does anybody have any info. We have reapplied and have a stronger application, and more time has passed, since we applied the first time. Any advice or information is greatly appreciated.

You need to actually provide some information, like why you were refused in the first place.

I was denied for as the immigration officer did not believe it was a genuine relationship and that it was for immigration purposes. Also, the fact that my spouses family did not attend our wedding, however they are older and do not fly anymore. Also, that they felt that my spouse did not travel enough, and that she married me after developing a relationship over the phone, messaging, and face time. ( felt that it was too soon)We were set up by a mutual friend. We have now corrected the officers critism about our relationship. We have been married for two years now.

It all depends I know similar case of relations where they met on whatsapp or trhu web, then so on. Guy went to her country , married with no body from his side as it was his 4th marriage and older age, so no one followed him or helped him. However marriage was genuine. All relatives from girls side were there. Guy stayed there for 4 months . LOTS of proofs and guess what , his wife got Visa without interview.
