WHERE TO APPLY FOR TRV IN SAUDI ARABIA

Good day!

I just wanna ask regarding the TRV in KSA. I am planning to re-apply again coz my visa is expiring in Nov 2018 but due to the recent issue that happened between Canada & Saudi, I have no idea if still there would be processing of visas in KSA?
