Salary in express entry

Hi all,
I have a question -Does salary matter in Express Entry?
In other words - Is there any minimum salary in canada for different occupations in NOC 0,A and B ?
I know about minnimum wages but m confused is it different according to your occupation ?
I want to apply for Express Entry but lawyer is saying your salary is low according to your job title.
