Dilemma here and hope knowledgeable members can help.
I showed two work experiences in ontario pnp. One a 7 yr primary noc and another a 2 yr one. I got nominated.
While submitting the e-APR can I move the 2 yr exp to personal history. Will it cause an issue as I showed it for ontario pnp.
I got the reference letter and everything but want to speed up the process by not having the officer look at another document.

If you got the invitation on behalf of that 2 year NOC then you can not avoid that, else you can.

I would suggest, why playing with your application. Its a PR, do not take lightly.

Hi, please kindly guide me in the following:
I have also included two work experiences in my ontario pnp application (same NOCs but different Employers, and my current employment is 8 yrs, previous was 2 years). My OINP app current status is "Assessment". I attached proof for both experiences (employment letters). At the moment, my EE profile shows also both experiences.

But, since I haven´t receive an ITA, I was thinking about deleting in my EE profile the details from the former employment and only include it later in the Personal History Section. The current experience is sufficient to claim the points and it doesn´t affect my CRS score. It will be really difficult to ask again for another letter (I estimate that the proof uploaded to OINP will have more than 6 months old when ITA). If I proceed to change that field in the EE profile (pre ITA), would it be ok with the OINP process?

Thanks in advance. Regards.

First, wait for the nomination from Ontario. Once you get 600 points, then you can do something about it.

i was in the same exact situation. i applied to oinp with two work exp as i listed those two in my express entry application. i did not need the second work exp as the first one was for 7 yrs. i got ontario nomination so i did not alter my express entry profile and kept both the exp even though the secpnd one did not add to the crs score.

Providing additional documents doesn't cause delay. But atleast gives you peace of mind. I recently learnt from someone who has received pr and ordered gcms notes that all the additional work experience he provided was not even reviewed. The officers go through whatever is necessary. I was surprised to know this because I was under the impression that more the documents -longer it takes, but that's what his gcms notes reflected. So I don't think it would cause delays.

Well, thanks for sharing your experience. I will do same as you ;). I will keep the info in the profile. Good luck in your PR process!

Thanks for the clarification! I was worried because the letter of my previous employment is dated April 2018. And, assuming that the Nomination process ends on October 2018, this letter will be more than 6 months old at the moment of ITA process. But, reading your clarification, it seems that it won’t matter that this letter is an old one.

you will got your nomination soon. i got mine in may. good luck.
Thanks! I really hope that the Nomination get approved and that it don’t take long :).

it took me 74 days to get nominated. dont know how fast they are processing now. could be sooner.
Wow that was fast! :)
I have read cases that take 4 or more months.
