Hi, is it possible for me to take my girlfriend and kids here on Canada, from Philippines? I was petitioned by my father, and just arrived here 6 months ago. He does not know that i have kids, so did not go through declaration. I have listed and signed my name on their certificate of birth, thus making me knowledgable of their existence. When i explained my father what actually happened, he said i did some misinterpretation thing and my PR is going to be revoked. Please help me, i want to stay here, and get my family here.

Yes, i was 17 turning 18 when my girlfriend gets pregnant. My kids are 3 years old now, and i lived with her for 3 years.

You can never sponsor any of them to come to Canada.

You also obtain your own PR status through fraud/misrepresentation since you were common law at the time you landed and became a PR. If IRCC finds out you did this, they may revoke your PR status. Your father is right - what you did was misrepresentation and you could lose your PR status.

You only qualified to be included as a dependent in your father's application if you remained single. Once you were common law (i.e. once you had lived with your wife for a year), you were required to notify IRCC and have them remove you from your father's application. Since you didn't do this, you have obtained your PR status in Canada through committing fraud.

Again, because you failed to declare your girlfriend and children before landing - it's impossible for you to ever sponsor any of them for PR.

If i told them ( government or cic? ) about my case, would they revoke my family's PR status also? ( My dad, mom, and siblings ). I dont want to get in trouble, also i dont want to give them problem...

I don't know.

However there is no point in telling CIC about your case. Your options are to either do nothing - in which case you can never sponsor any of your family for PR. Or to renounce your PR status, return home and then reapply for PR through an economic immigration stream like Express Entry - this time including your girlfriend and children as dependents in your application. Whatever you do, do not try to sponsor your family for PR - it will end in a refusal and also likely trigger an investigation of your own PR status.
