What will be my daughter's 1st step to be able to sponsor us to Canada?And in our part what are the steps we should prepare for?

If is an adult and working in Canada, then the first thing she should do is research the income requirements she needs to meet to qualify to sponsor you. The next step is to enter the sponsorship lottery in January and hope she is selected. Only those selected through the lottery can sponsor.

She needs to be living in Canada in order to qualify to sponsor you. She also needs to have met the minimum income requirements for the last three years (she can include her spouse's income in this calculation).

Assuming your daughter in Canada has no children, she will need to show income to cover 5 people. So if she wants to qualify for the 2019 lottery, she will need to show income of $66,654 of 2016, $67,400 for 2017, and somewhere around $69K for 2018.

Let's say they qualify, what will be the next step to take? And is it possible that a member of the family is not sponsored because of health reasons? My husband has a heart condition that prevents him from working.

Everyone listed in the application will have to pass a medical for the application to be approved. If your husband is refused due to his health condition - then you will all be refused permanent residency. In other words - you and your husband, as well as any dependents, must all pass the medical in order for the application to be approved.
