I would like to do Post Doctoral Fellowship in Canadian Nursing Universities. My highest qualification is Masters in Nursing and going to complete PhD in Nursing. Now I am 53 years old. Is it possible for me to enter in to Canada as PR .

It will may be quite difficult for you to qualify for PR due to your age. You will need to research Canada's immigration programs to see what it takes to apply. Recommend you start by researching the Express Entry program.
