Doubt About Post ITA Process

1) Do any of the supporting documents have to be physically presented before any authority, starting from having receiving the ITA to landing in Canada? By supporting documents I mean employment records, licenses etc.

2) If I have stayed for approximately 20 years within one area in the city and for 9 years in another, do I require a PCC certificate both the Police Stations or will just one suffice?

1. I've heard of cases on the forum when CIC requested for the physical copy. Not sure about originals.
2. PCC is per country >= 6 months of stay. City changes within the same country don't create a different situation.
