Guessing that the fee for the medical will vary depending on physician so you will need to select one and call them to quote the medical plus any X-ray cost.

Which city? In London it's for around 340 but there is a long waiting time. Immediately get an appointment. I had to wait 15 days.
I'm in Newcastle. I can go to Edinburgh or Glasgow if appointments are available.
Do they give the reports on same day?
By the way I'm still pre-ITA, hoping to enter draw by end of Aug and get ITA in first September draw.
Is it possible to do the medical before ITA?
Reports are same day unless there is an issue and retest is needed.
You can do medical upfront even before ITA but if you think you will take time in submitting documents post ita then do it bit later as it's valid only for 1 year.

Sorry another question, how long does UK PCC take? I'm living from last 18 months only
2 days if you pay for fast processing and 15 working days if you go for normal processing.
