PR for a child suffering from Cerebral Palsy

I want to apply for PR along with my wife. I've a children who is suffering from Cerebral Palsy. Please suggest if she would clear the medical test or will there be any problems.

The only way to find out is to apply. The medical examination assessment will give the Visa Office a code and they will send you a Procedural Fairness Letter if there are issues. Deal with it only when and if it happens.

There is large variety between cerebral palsy patients. Some are able to walk with a crutch and attend normal school. Others are wheelchair bound, have lots of problems with spasms, can have seizures, problems with speech and eating, etc. Nobody can give you a response but if your child has multiple health problems due to the CP and is in a wheelchair you may struggle. Expect a procedural fairness letter either way.
