I have over two years experience in the country that I would have claimed and it was the base for me

However I did not have a residency there at any point and the country will not allow me to apply for the PCC as I didnt have a residency (country in question is Qatar )

Hence I’m hoping not to claim the experience and move it to personal history and just show travel to and fro
I have never stayed in the place for more than 80 days at any point over the two years

Appreciate your thoughts on this

If you don't stay in a place 6 months or more IN A ROW, then you are good to go without PCC

If they continue issuing 3750 ITAs having 2 weeks gap and then you will surely get an ITA either at the end of September or October

Expecting CRS 440 if 3750 ITAs are issued. If they increase the number of ITAs issued to 4000, then CRS 439 is also a possibility.

however just a bit of a warning, the expected draw dates for the month should be Aug 8 and Aug 22 BUT they could move it to Aug 15 and Aug 29 (three-week gap but still keeping up with two weeks a month draw rule like they did back in March and June)

but let's keep our hopes up!! (that's all we got, after all)

They can however looking into the data provided by March and June draws, they usually do 3 week gaps on the 1st week of each month (as long as they have wiggling room within a month to move the dates, they would. I know someone who analyzed it in this thread or the previous one)

Please be noted they can do this 3 week gap for both August and September so watch out however after September, there will be no more three week gap (and for October, there will be 3 draws so it will be pretty exciting moving forward. Keep up, 435-439s!)

I guess, you are 440? You will be invited. Don't worry. And also, I think tthere was never an ounce of truth to that 440 theory.

From what the past draw dates have shown, they do 3week draw gaps before increasing the number of people invited. (As exemplified by the March - increase to 3500 and June draws - increase to 3750)

If you also examined all the past and the future draw dates, they do 3 week draw gaps in months where they have wiggle room (so far, this is true for March and June. August and September have both wiggle room as well so watch out)

Of course, all of this is just theory. Just warning that 3 week draw gap could still happen especially they're going to increase to 4k soon
