Hey do you know how thses Canadian colleges select the candidates for giving offer letters ?? Do they follow first come first serve criteria ?

It's one of the criteria for selection. But I would say they also look at your profile and grades. If your course matches the program requirements.
Offer letter you can expect within a month considering you applied in the first week of August.

yess,, i am applying through an agent but yea if u are applying on ur own then must follow that website...
