Should I rely on SINP or increase IELTS score?

Hello,

My current IELTS result is as below:

• L - 7.5
• R - 9
• W - 7
• S - 8.5

With this score I currently stand at CRS score of 387 which is definitely not enough. But for now, I'm planning to apply for Saskatchewan PNP.

If I manage to get L8, R7, W7, S7, my CRS score will reach above 420.

My question is, should I give IELTS test again or just go with SINP? or are there any other better PNP options for me?

CRS 420 is not good enough. too many candidates in the pool.

Why not try both ! You may get invited by Ontario if your score is above 400. Also if the EE CRS dips you will catch it. Good Luck !
You have the option of using the best score IELTS Report Sheet so there is no harm in trying to improve your IELTS score.

ontario is playing smart, its waiting for the regular entry draw and inviting candidates just below it. i doubt 420 will get an invite with ontario. there are around 16000 candidates over 420.
