On 27th of July I got an email about medical passed and police clearance certificate verified. Now within 16 working days cic Delhi will intimate us for biometric and visa endorsement.
 
I think biometric is not applicable for indians. It will be applicable us from Dec 2018. And I received the medicals passed mail on may 25th.

But it is mentioned in mail that your file is at the stage of bio metrics and visa endorsement stage . Have you got such mail? Join me on what's app. It's 9737818505
