Taking a break while Studying

Hii Guys.
I've 2 questions to ask:

1. Can we take a break while studying as a full time student? Can we off one term during studies?
2. Can we work more than 40 hrs per week in Scheduled Breaks?

1. Sure but you can't work during the unscheduled break and it will likely disqualify you from a PGWP.

2. Yes but only during scheduled breaks.

The university schedules the break not you. If your program offers a break it is usually right after each semester or the summer.

What if they offer the courses in summer and it's optional. Shall it considered as a scheduled break ? Can we work full time ?

Your program has a clear schedule with studying and scheduled breaks. Follow that.
