It just means tat they have received ur application and they will soon process ur file..and u get ur uci no too

Offline what is this means

By offline we mean, whether you applied by submitting paper application at VFS office.

At it says, UCI is Unique Client Identifier. It is a unique number generated for you and will be used for all future purpose by CIC.

Along with this you should have got Application number as well, which you may use to track your present application.

Link your application online to see the progress of your application. If you are not aware how to link, then just search this forum and you will find lot of thread on how to do it.
