To those who have been endorsed under the High-Skilled stream, I'm wondering if everyone managed to include every single one of the documents they asked for in the checklist? More specifically:
- description of your main responsibilities and duties
- the corresponding NOC code (if known)
- your total annual salary and benefits
- the number of hours you worked per week
- your employer's name, signature, full address, telephone number and email address (if applicable)
I'm an inland applicant, so I have a work permit, and I can get the pay stubs, reference letters and T4 + Notice of Assessment. But I've never signed a written "work contract." I asked HR and they don't issue one. Is there anyone else here who doesn't have a written work contract? Or if you are missing any of the other documents (based on what applies to you)? What did you submit instead? How did that go?

Hi guys. I have applied for TWP through AIPP. My work permit application got picked up by visa office on July 27. I was able to confirm that through CIC site. How long will be the processing time in NY after they pickup AIPP TWP application? Does anyone have a timeline? Please share

Do you cost any fees? or employer will do everything for you?
PR just got when you landing and woking in Canada, it won't come when you in your country?
Maybe i wrong, but for me job search websites like jobbank, indeed, monster,etc are useless, i'm outside Canada and tried to write a letter to every employer with cover letter for every job ad, and i have tried to use in Canada address and phone number. And as a result, noone reply me. Perhaps i'm doing something wrong, please give me a piece of advice.

I am contacting you to inquire about the processing time and my eligibility for two different permanent residency programs at Newfoundland.
To explain my situation briefly, I should say:
1- I am on the 7th month of my 1-year contract with Memorial University. Additionally, I can provide a letter to show the employer's interest to extend the contract at the end of its first year in the case that the required funding is available
2- I was eligible (1-year skilled-working experience in my home country as well as IELTS score band of 7) and therefore applied through the express entry system. However, my score (426) is less than the minimum calling score, then I am not invited.
Considering my condition, I believe I am eligible to apply under the Atlantic pilot program as well as economic (foreign skilled worker express entry). My question is what is the quickest path based on your experience? I am afraid that I am not eligible for the pilot program due to my previous inquiries from NL Immigration office, last year. But due to the changes in regulation since July 7th, I found out Memorial University is officially listed as a designated employer. I would appreciate if you could review my status and kindly share your idea regarding my case.
