Have you sought medical treatment in your country of residence or in another country that's closer to where you live?

Yes i have soughted help in my country and to no avail. Last test that was conducted was histology test and the product of conception was sent to a lab in South Africa and they still said all is well. And i took in again and still lost it the sixth time. So i want to go to canada for proper diagnosis and treatment.

Your application would need to address these points:
1. Why do you seek medical treatment in Canada? Why not South Africa or maybe Europe?

2. Would this treatment/diagnosis be for a finite length of time or does it require multiple visits and/or a stay of an indeterminate duration?

3. Is it covered by medical insurance? What funds can you show to pay for the treatment/any complications + your stay/airfare, etc?

4. Do you have travel history of short visits to visa-required countries (US, UK, EU, Australia, NZ, etc)?

5. What ties can you demonstrate to your country of residence (employment/business + property ownership + good financial situation + dependent family members, etc)?

6. Are you from a politically stable country?
