Hi,

I just wanted to ask that is reference letter from employer plus contract information and pay stubs for the duration of the employment enough to prove work Experience?

Or is it enough to just submit the reference letter?

more is better

And also is it recommended to submit income tax RETURN too?

I live in Pakistan and only 2% of the population here files their returns. Income tax gets directly deducted from my pay but I don’t file a return on it. Is it okay not to show a return?

If you can its good, else its fine, if you are uploading salary slips.

@mr.preetsingh When I tried to contact my HR from previous workplaces, they refused to provide an updated experience letter with job description. so my exp letters only state the dates I've worked with them. Anyhow I got my manager to write a letter and sign it off with his business card attached to the letter. will that suffice ? or should I also include proof of HR refusing to provide an updated letter.
As of now, I have combined exp letter with dates, manager's letter with job duties(this is not on a company letterhead, just a normal a4 paper signed by my manager along with his business card pasted on it), last 3 month bank statement, my job offer letter that I signed, salary increase letters into one document and uploaded it. will this be enough ?

But why is there a need for pay slip if you can get a letter exactly as per CIC requirements?

There is no need for pay slips if the letter is to their requirements? I thought pay slips were necessary.
No, payslips are not mandatory.

Yes for sure it will have a +ve impact check my gcms notes and see the comments of the case analyst and the officer reviewing the comments https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-i...eads/april-2018-aor-join-here.552109/page-237

Okay. Got it. Since I have them there won’t be any harm in submitting them too. I don’t have a tax return though because I haven’t really ever filed a tax return. It’s Pakistan, only 2% of the population does. Surely not providing a tax return wouldn’t be frowned upon?

You don't need tax certificate from outside Canada tbh.
