Hi, I Applied for H&C on May 2016 , I got AIP on August 2017, passed Medical Exams on September 2017

Recently I got fired by my employer my question is applying for EI benfits will lead to the rejection of permenant residence application

No you can apply for EI.

You should look for a job as soon as possible but EI is a form of insurance you pay into when you are working. It is supposed to provide you withsome income until you can start another job. It is not welfare.
