Hi,
my work permit application got rejected on July 7 ,2018 stating that my spouse completed her studies and no longer a full time student in Canada. But my wife has one more month to finish her course. We already updated with her latest enrollment letter which shows her expected date of graduation as August 2018.We sent an email to the program manager for reconsideration on 12th July .we didnt get a reply from the officer. What to do? Anybody can help us?

A work permit won't be given to a spouse 1 month before the spouse graduates. You will have to wait until your wife receives PGWP has a full-time job in NOC 0, A or B and 3 pay stubs.

But I applied on April first week.At that time she had 5 months ahead to complete her studies.

You typically need to apply when your spouse has at least six months of studies remaining.

This is the second time we are applying and she had eight months to expire her study permit.

In that case I think you need to order your GCMS notes to see the detailed reasons behind the refusals. Don't apply again until you do this.

We applied for the GCMS notes and emailed the program manager for reconsideration along with attaching my spouse's previous and current enrollment letter, study permit which were we already attached in our application and refusal letter as evidence.
