Complicated status for working permit application

Hi everyone..anyone can help me pls...I'm legally married but me and my husband (he is foreigner) separated and not living together and no communication at all since 1 and 1/2 year..I'm going to fill up my application but I don't know what status shall i put as I don't have any proof..
