If I start my study in USA with 2 years MBA program and after one year or before that want to move Canada for study then what should I do? And for that I have to move back to India for apply or direct apply from usa and what about IELTS? I have to do it for that?

English language proficiency is required by most Canadian universities (TOEFL or IELTS Academic)

Check with the school you are applying, if you previous studies are in English they can remove the IELTS requirement.
