How to know which pcc i need to submit (filling out application)

Hi, we are filling out our application. My wife is a citizen of country A, studied (including a stay over 6 months) in country B and living in country C mostly for the past 9 years, so multiple 1-2 year periods.
In the section where we need to upload documents, only 2 pccs are asked to be uploaded for her, but it does not say which countries? Are we missing something? We were fully prepared that all 3 countries PCC will be asked, but now not sure which ones to upload.
Any advice?

At what age did she leave country A? You don't need a PCC for countries you have stayed in for less than 6 months since you reached the age of 18 (or left before you turned 18). In addition, you only need a PCC for countries you have stayed for at least 6 months in the last 10 years.

From the sound of it, either she may have left Country A before turning 18, or it has been more than 10 years since she last stayed there. Or alternatively, her stay in Country B was just below the 6-month cut-off time. But please post these details so we can tell you exactly whether it's Country A + C or Country B + C that they're requesting.

I faced the same issue. it just says police clearance certificate but does not mention the country. just log out and log in again in a while and you will see the countries specified in the checklist. it just takes a while to get updated according to the forms you filled out prior to reaching the docs upload page.

How long ago did she leave Country A (years + months)? Also, did she ever travel back to Country A to live there for 6 months or more?
How long (months + days) did she stay in Country B to study, and did she ever travel back to stay 6 months or more?

My suspicion is either it has been more than 10 years since she left Country A, or she didn't stay a full 6 continuous months in Country B.

If neither applies, either information was entered incorrectly or CIC made a mistake, in which case I'd contact them about this.
