MEDICAL REPORT CLIENT BIODATA AND SUMMARY

Hi, I just received mail regarding medical report client biodata and summary.
Can anyone please let me know how to send back the reports to immigration department in canada? I mean should mail it via post or email it back to them? I haven't appointed an advocate or consultancy for myself so it will be very grateful if someone let me know about this.

The medical should be performed by a panel physician in your country. Maybe you could ask him/her how immigration will receive it.

I'm not sure. But from my experience my husband did his medical and the results would be sent to the panel physician and she gives him an information sheet which he has to give to our representatives to upload. The sheet has a barcode so I guess when immigration scans that barcode they will see the results. I'm not sure. But you could see what others say
