Can an Indian student pay GIC from minor's pan card?

Hey!
I got admission in Algonquin college for computer programmer course (Jan Intake,18). My DOB is on 13-10-2000, which means I would probably need to pay my GIC from my minor pancard or should wait till I get 18. Does anyone know whether I could pay GIC from minor's pancard?

The GIC certificate issuing authority does not need your PAN.

The institution doing wire transfer may need your PAN. If you don't have one then there are other provisions to it, but still wire transfer can be done.

It is not mandatory to pay for wire transfer from your account. Only thing needs to be taken care is that, the "Beneficiary Details" during wire transfer should capture details according to your passport. If they match you will get GIC in your name successfully. Good luck !
