Does Student Loan Repayment Assistance count as 'assistance' for spousal sponsorship?

I know that student loans themselves are not counted as assistance, but what about being on the student loan repayment assistance plan which takes care of my student loan interest while I am low income? It isn't welfare and I am not actually receiving any money. I currently don't have a job (currently looking, just finished university last year) but am still looking to sponsor my partner who is in the UK currently.

No doesn't count as assistance. Would try to find employment asap because there will be concerns about how you will support yourselves even if there is no income requirement.
