Why we have to fill out representative form ?
I didn't fill and I am not sure why I would need it ? to get information on my parents application? or any other reasons

I already have AOR and SA .. so if I want to do it now, who should I send it to now
yeah so that you can request or submit any information on behalf of your parents.

This is great news you have already AOR and SA - and if you would like to send this to CIC then there couple of methods you can use to send this Representative form
1- by using IRCC webform
2- by mail and include a request letter to CIC that you are sending this Representative filled and signed form... and also don't forget to write your file# on top of letter.

All the best - and hope this helps.

Hey guys , my PGP application got rejected due to ineligibility in the sponsor income.
But in the letter it is written that i would like to proceed my application due to ineligibility and they have transferred my application to new Delhi.
I have read in this forum that it will eventually got rejected , i just need to withdraw this application so that i will have a chance to reapply the PGP for next year.
Can you guys please let me know how to withdraw the application.
Hello,

Do you know what this means to eligible applicants, honestly many eligible applicants like us are waiting in queue and never getting a chance. I assume there would be second draw but I think it would have been nicer if there was consideration before applying that this might hurt eligible applicants. Every time I read something like this I feel very frustrated on the system and it's honestly not mistake of people but the system that is allowing people to do mistakes knowingly.

All the best for future draws, anyways to your question submit webform to NDVO they will withdraw.

I hope a kind of penalty were applied to these cases.

1). I am planning to enter the draw in 2019. Mine and my husband's income for last 2 years meet the requirements, this year would also meet it. But as we all know we will file the tax in March 2019, but i'll enter the dram in January. So in the draw do they ask for the income, if so, can i just put the rough income there? Cos later if i am lucky enough to get selected, by then i'll have the NOAs for 2018 too.
In my case, when my parents name came up in the lucky draw, I submitted their application after filing the income tax return for 2017. The result of draw was declared between March 19 - 21, 2018 and the deadline for submitting the application was May 25, 2018. Considering I had filed my taxes in February 2018, i had a lot of time to get the NOA from CRA. I will suggest you to do the same.

In case you are not able to file your taxes by the time lottery results are declared, you will also have an option to share your SIN# so that IRCC officer could retrieve your income information, but i believe it slows the processing of application. Also, in that case you will be required to fill form IMM 5516

2). I had another doubt, once you get approved as a sponsor, still you need to meet the income requirements until the parents become PR. Or is there any exception in that, cos i might go for maternity leave which would affect my income.
The sponsor has to maintain the required income till the Parents land in Canada as permanent resident. But please note that the EI benefit you will get during maternity leave will be considered as an income.

3). This could be little stupid, but is there any faster option for parents with only child. My parents are 62-63, I am their only child. So anything i could do if i don't get selected in lottery.
Its a valid question, I do understand your situation. Unfortunately the only option left (in case your parents's name doesn't come up in the lottery) is to apply for a super-visa, perhaps it's not going to match what a permanent residency offers.

Good Luck!
Thank you for your time to clear my doubts :)

Hi All,
I got request from CIC to provide fully filled and update schedule A imm 5669e within 30 days. but the problem is that my grandparents date of birth and date of death is unknown( as my father is principal applicant). If I put ****-**-** in both fields, system doesn't allow me to validate the form. Please help how you got through this problem.

Thanks for looking into my question.

Hey.. You may find more appropriate answer from somebody else - but I have this situation and to overcome this if you have known the year of death for your grandparent for example 1950 then you can fill in 1950-01-01 as I have done this... and same goes for date of birth as I asked from my parents that do you know there parents DOB and they gave me the guess for both as they had no actual information... and to be honest this shouldn't cause any issues to your parents application as this isn't your fault that you don't have the correct dates.

To elaborate this more CIC used to ask for deceased person on background forms just YEAR & COUNTRY

Hope this helps

Thanks Ali. but I am not sure about both dates. I can send the un validated form. as per guide 5772 you can add missing info by hand.

Personal details
Note: If you do not know the complete date of birth or if the date is in the 1800s, please use a “*” (star sign/asterisk) to fill in the spaces for the unknown year, month or day. The missing information can be added by hand however the form cannot be validated.

Also make sure that before applying next year, you are sure that you qualify financially before taking a spot from eligible applicants, and moreover now that you are in the system, IRCC will know that you have a history of applying even though in eligible. I still dont know why you would want to waste your hard earned $75

I'm not 100% sure - but I think if you attach the explanation letter along with this background form and I believe this should work for CIC as they will get to know that why this form is invalidated... otherwise they can come back to you again to re-submit correct validated form(this is my assumption)
