Common-law query

Hello to everyone, I have several questions if the documents that I have are going to be enough.

Just a little bit of background of my relationship. We met about 4.5 years ago when we were studying and we started dating 1 year after that so we were together for about 3.5 years.
We decided to not live together in our home country because the economy over there is not very good and we needed to save some money the be able to come to Canada in the first place.
So we started to live together when we come to Canada about 1 year and 3 month ago.
WE both don't like pictures that much so we don't have a lot of them (not with each other specifically but in general)
so the documents that we have right now are :

1- Lease agreement with the name of both (we also share the 2 houses that we lived with other people and they are in the lease too)
2- We opened a join bank account around 1 month ago
3- We changed out status to common-law on the CRA web page on may (that's the date that we started living together 1 year ago)
4- We do have a few pictures but not many.
5- We have a letter from our landlord in which she state that she knew that we were a couple when she rent the place to us.
6- We also have the same address on out credit and debit card. And we pay for each other grocery and other household stuff (like small appliances, we don't have any receipt but i guess we could get a bank statement with all the purchases), or presents.



that's pretty much everything that we have. It will be enough?

All of the above is good as supporting documents. You need to get the IMM 5409 form notarized- statutory declaration of common law union
These documents should be fine

I have 1 more question.
Should we put yes in the box that said "have declared our common law union under the Canadian income tax act".
We first put single in the T1 because we were living together for only 10 months when we filled our taxes but 3 months after we changed our relationship status on our CRA account online to common law . We should put yes or no?

I would say put yes because you have already declared it to CRA
