Hi. I have a very odd problem. I sponsored my mother in law for multiple 5 years visa but as when as she came she started interfering in any details of my life and brain washing my wife against me. So now is it possible to withdraw my mother in law sponsorship? because I really don’t want her to come back again

Ircc and cic cannot take her visa away they look at it as a family issues, i suggest you talk to your wife to tell her mom to mind her business or talk to your mother in law and set rules up
Typically visitors are allowed in for six months - however that's up to the CBSA officer at the border. She can also apply for an extension once she's here if she wishes to extend her stay.
