I am going to apply for spouse visa next week but there is a bit confusion and need your kind guidance.

Whether we need to attach original police character certificate or color copy certified by notary public? I have get the colored copies of all of my documents and attested it from notary public. Is it ok ?

If there is anyone who applied for the spouse visa recently kindly send me his/her contact number on following email address because I want to ask some more important questions. 27th October applicant. Over 8 months to my application and absolutely no news. Emails says my file awaits full review. And notes showed nothing has started and paper file ‘put away’.
Its extremely depressing now

What should I need to do now ?
Is is important to send them original?

Todays was medical appointment
Butt my x-ray report is abnormal and they asked me for culture test and give me new appointment for further inspection in October after 3 months
Will this delay my case because they dont clear mine medical untill complete inspection
Do I also need to inform cic about mine medical ? Because they given me time of 30 days
And I think they don't transfer mine file untill medical is cleared is that true?
